3. Equipment Rental Terms

3.1 Booking and Confirmation

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability. A rental agreement is formed only when we confirm your booking and receive payment.

3.2 Rental Period

Rental periods begin on the agreed delivery or collection date and end on the agreed return date. Late returns may incur additional charges.

3.3 Equipment Care

You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period. You agree to:

• Use equipment only for its intended purpose
• Keep equipment in a safe and secure location
• Not modify, repair, or tamper with equipment
• Not sublet or transfer equipment to third parties
• Return equipment in the same condition as received

3.4 Damage and Loss

You are liable for any damage to or loss of equipment during the rental period. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed and charged accordingly. We recommend optional damage waiver coverage for additional protection.

3.5 Insurance

Our equipment is insured, but excess charges may apply. You are responsible for any costs not covered by our insurance, including negligence or misuse.

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required to confirm your booking
• Prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
• A security deposit may be required for certain equipment

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 48+ hours before rental start: Full refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund
• No-shows without notice: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to equipment unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

6. Delivery and Collection

Delivery charges are calculated based on location and urgency. You must be available to receive delivery at the agreed time. Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability may incur additional charges.

7. Production Services

For filming and production services:

• Quoted prices are based on information provided at booking
• Additional time beyond booked hours will be charged at our standard rates
• We retain ownership of all raw footage until full payment is received
• Weather-dependent outdoor shoots may be rescheduled at no additional cost

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by burgeprolu or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service
• We are not responsible for any loss resulting from equipment failure during your production

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless burgeprolu from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these terms.
